Elizabeth, the Assistant Manager, is always so knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to any questions! She made the move-in process feel seamless and exciting. To add to this, the property's maintenance team is SUPER responsive - any time I've put in a maintenance request, the team has had the issue resolved within 2 hours. Also, the community aspect at Ninety Degrees is amazing - it's one of the main reasons I chose to live here! Lily and Shae, who organize the 2 resident events each month, put on engaging and fun get-togethers for all residents. They create a welcoming environment for you to comfortably meet your neighbors, while doing a fun activity.

"Nice place in North Phoenix.If you are looking for a place to live in North Phoenix/Scottsdale, I would recommend ninety degrees apartments. I lived here for almost two years. It was bittersweet to move out this morning but my job is taking me to another state. The location is great, very close to the 101, excellent hiking and restaurants. The amenities were top notch. They have two pools with a hot tub which is perfect for year round fun. They also have a nice gym that is well equipped. The kitchen in the apartment had nice applicances that worked well for cooking. Best of all, the staff were very responsive. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly resolved. The maintenance team does great work and are quick to fix any issue. Bottom line: ninety degrees is a nice place to live."
